With the help of this you will have the correct durations of all the contracts and loans as they are based on real life
This mod will stop the game from creating regens in Master League.
(Warning: The mod disables the ability to switch teams during your career. Being fired from your team can cause a game over. Deactivate the module at the end of the season and save a few days before if you want to change team.)

Make sure to increase the size of transfers frequency after a few seasons to let the CPU strengthen their squads accordingly
